Comment: Where to begin with this long overdue review. Being new to the area and not being familiar with the area we were lucky enough to have worked with Dan. We didn’t want to be given the run around or feel like we were “just another” client. Dan was very attentive to our needs and concerns and a professional who exceeds expectation. He was always available and showed us places that we felt comfortable and safe. We explained what we wanted to feel like we were at home. Or as close as possible granted being in a new state and Dan did not disappoint. His knowledge of the area and attention to detail made this transition very easy. We are very impressed by Dan’s eagerness to get us into the right place.

Comment: I recently worked with Dan to secure my apartment in Brooklyn. Not only was he very professional but he walked me through the entire application process since it was done online. I’m not very tech savvy but with his assistance he made it a breeze.Dan assisted me with any questions I had regarding the management company and the apartment. Even though it’s difficult to get him on the phone because he seems very busy he promptly responded to my text messages anytime I reached out.I’ve worked with several New York City brokers in the past few years and this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I’ve had. Dan showed me the apartment himself at the scheduled appointment time. If you live in New York City you know that this is not always the case.I will be recommending Dan to my friends and colleagues who are looking for apartments in the Brooklyn area.

Comment: ABBA 2022 kicks off the frost bite year on the NYC path to residence with a “super-trooper” duper first-impression.I was able to get into the first place of choice as first applicant in and signed . I am all set and ahead of the game . I was able to communicate with most of the staff that was very hands on , very organized and highly respected in the 5 boroughs of the big apple.These days this type of service is a rare breed but it is soooo refreshing to be treated and attended to as part of the team the wastes no time and gets straight to business with assistance. Responds were within 5 mins in the times to communicate. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to jump start my year. My thanks to the dream team at ABBA! 7 big stars! 😁
