Comment: If you’re having trouble looking for a home or an apartment, this is definitely the place to look! Before working with Bruno, my partner and I have tried many places but constantly got denied because of our age even though we had all of the correct qualifications to move. With ADCNY realty we were approved for an apartment on the very first try! We have been living in our new apartment now for a month and we love it! All thanks to Bruno! Will definitely work with him again next time we are looking to move :)

Comment: I have to start of saying I have not work with a realtor/ Broker like Bruno Ruiz Castano before. from the 1st conversation with him to our leas signing was smooth and simple let alone he was readily available a text message away. I have worked with different brokers before and was left with a very bad taste in my mouth and refused to work with them. until that is Bruno came along and change my entire perspective his presentation, professionalism, his performance was on point. if there was more stars to give I will most definitely max it out. will definitely be using his services again no questions asked he has acquired a forever client.
