What makes Adrian different is that he gives authentic and real advice as opposed to saying anything just to make a sale or commission. For example, when I was torn between staying within budget or exceeding my budget just a little bit, Adrian advised me that it wouldnt be worth going over budget and explained to me different scenarios applicable to my situation.
