There were multiple challenges with the appraisal -- first because the market was hot and they were all booked, later because the valuations were disputed and financing became a real problem. Through all that and multiple extensions, Dan was on top of it all and managed the project with no stress for us! Comment: Back in October of last year we decided to start searching for our first home. We knew the road would be long and hard but we were ready to take on the challenge. What we didnt know however was that by luck of the draw we would find ourselves working with the most amazing real estate agent I have ever met Sarah ONeill. Not only did Sarah answer every question in full detail and provide her own opinions on everything for us but she also didnt complain when we he dragged her from house to house some that were not the most appealing. She never once acted as though we were a bother even though Im sure we could have been a little easier. She was so knowledgeable about the market and Erie and about the areas that we wanted to live in we were truly taken aback. We would call or text at any time of day asking for her to meet us on a last second notice and at the drop of a hat she was there. I have never had a more pleasant or memorable experience as it had was Sarah and I would recommend her to any family or friends to buy your first second or last home thank you again for all that youve done for us.
