He helped me with minutiae beyond the purview of his job. He met movers when I could not. He even picked up garbage when city garbage haulers didnt. He negotiated issues with others that I could not have because he clearly has experience in handling matters in an unemotional way to get things done. I didnt realize the price I was asking for was unreasonable but Alex got that price for me. Comment: Alex was extremely helpful and professional. He came Over at all times of the day and even helped to move furniture out of the way ! I could not have made this sale without him specifically.
