From the sellers perspective, Jonathan was open and honest as to the process and communicated where we stood in the process. Never thought we would actually get the house as there were multiple offers on it. Once our offer was accepted, Jonathan helped us get me through the process to sign the contract as quickly as possible. Completely down to earth, really advocated on our behalf and wasnt just trying to push through a quick sale. As first time home buyers, they really made sure our interests were being protected and that things on the buyers end were being done properly. Super responsive - we would talk about something in the afternoon and Jessica would have an answer by that evening or the next morning. We had an issue with our closing being pushed back, which caused some bank issues, and Jessica put us in contact with a spectacular mortgage broker who helped ensure we could close when we did (before Christmas). I cannot recommend them any higher. And even after we moved in, continued to provide us with recommendations for electrician, pool companies, even local restaurants! Simply the best. I met Jonathan Matute and he assured me that he would set my home at the right price and it would sell quickly. Well he delivered! My home received an offer after being on the market for 12 days. While waiting for the buyer whose offer was accepted to get things together. Jonathan continued to keep traffic up on my home until the contract was signed.
