Comment: Christy and Debbie have been an absolute godsend in helping my husband and I. Debbie assisted us with our initial search for a second home in the Wells area and soon after we began working with Christie in the Speculator/ Piseco area. We were able with Christy’s help to acquire our weekend getaway in August 2019. After being let go from my job in February 2020, I decided to begin a property rental business and Christy helped me realize that dream. She has dedicated so much time and energy showing us houses and letting us know when new ones were listed that met our criteria. She has made this journey absolutely amazing! Comment: She will sell you a house, thats for sure. Although once you buy that house and want to sell it because the taxes are too high it might take you a while. Nothing to do with the quality of service or real estate abilities, just Not too many people looking to spend hundreds of thousands on a house over an hour from anywhere that employs and pays well enough to afford them.
