Comment: Yochi is a really great person. After contacting me about a house in Far Rockaway and sending me the detail I was already to buy it. I had trouble scheduling an inspection I had an inspector who has worked for me a number of times who I wanted to check out the home. Between work, my inspectors availability and tenant availablity) It worked out that I couldnt be there and it was hard to schedule to begin with so I didnt want to cancel. Yochi was present for the inspection and even layed out the money to pay my inspector b/c I couldnt get there. Due to family circumstances beyond my control I ended up not buying this great house. But what a great guy he knows a about real estate and has many great contacts who he is happy to share with you. I really cant say enough good things about him.
