Comment: I was looking for a place in downtown Manhattan on a budget with a little dog. Not easy! Joe was of great help. He showed me my apartment, negotiated with my management company about the dog and rent. I had questions after questions. Trust me, there were a lot! But Joe was very patient with me and got answers to them all, was responsive and followed through even after lease sign. He introduced me to the super, building handyman, etc. I have been in my apartment a month now and I love it and so does my dog. We have a garden, the neighbors are awesome and the East Village neighborhood is the best in my opinion. Thanks, Joe for all your help in getting me this awesome apartment for a reasonable rent!

Yes - it is expensive to work with a realtor, but to be honest, it is impossible to find good apartments in NYC while avoiding a fee. In fact, if it weren’t for James’ hard work and dedication, my roommate and I likely would still be looking, months later, for an apartment. James REALLY worked hard for my roommate and I.Finding a dedicated and ambitious realtor that puts in 110% when working with a client --alongside many others-- is very rare in the city. Comment: I worked with Etai Shickler and he has been very helpful in the process. I had pretty strict criteria and Etai was able to understand it perfectly and put in efforts with those constraints. This saved a lot of time since all shortlisted units displayed desired features within price range. He was responsive in terms of getting back to requests but also patient when it comes to showings. They were so prompt in giving me a ton of options that fit all of my requirements of an apartment-- which was amazing considering I had a giant list of requirements and huge expectations. (Also, unlike other brokers they dont show you anything above the budget you outlined, which is something I appreciated.) They worked with my schedule to make sure I could see apartments at times that were convenient to me and even kept on top of the whole process with me via email and text while I was out of town. Chris C. in particular was amazing at making sure the apartment I settled on was going to be perfect for me. Once I had decided on one, he dealt with all of the paperwork with the management and followed up with me (including move in details, insurance, etc)-- so that everything was settled quickly and efficiently. So excited to move into my studio tomorrow! Id recommend this company to anyone looking for an apartment in the city.
