Comment: Those who looked for an apartment in New York at least once know how nerve wracking it can be. But we got lucky. We met Adam Taha. And we cannot say more highly of him. We found him knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated. Adams responsiveness was incredible, not even one text or call was left unanswered. Another thing we were impressed by was that he showed the apartment for each possible tenant separately. He doesnt rush you; you have plenty of time to look around, and most importantly, to ask questions that sometimes could be too personal and you don’t want to ask them when its about a dozen strangers around. The whole process was so smooth thanks to Adam. We signed the contract in 3 days!!! Best experience ever! 10 stars out of 5, totally deserved.

Though I had a high credit score and income; I was not having any luck securing a place. In a market that is oversaturated with a demand to rent, especially within a certain price range, I was certain that I wouldn’t find another place to live. I started losing hope after many weeks of looking. Then I met Mr. Taha. He appeared different as opposed to previous real estate brokers I had worked with: 1) he was engaging; 2) he communicated quite frequently; 3) he returned my text messages and emails; 4) he kept the showing time scheduled. Mr. Taha was serious and devoted to finding a qualified tenant for the unit on 42nd Street in Brooklyn.Adam was very honest, professional, respectful, polite, willing to listen, and transparent.
