Comment: Victor is very knowledgeable, focused, consistent & a man of his word. Victor made the process very seamless & that was a joy to me. He made me feel like I was his only client. Comment: When we were ready to offer our condo for sale in Park Slope we took advantage of the free condo evaluation by AmeriHomes Realty of NY. Once we were given the value based on comparable we hired them as our real estate agents to sell the condo. It was only on the market for a couple days when they ran an open house. We got an offer immediately afterward and made a deal. Great job to dell our condo by AmeriHomes.
