Building management is very responsive to our needs and inquiries, and all logistics are smooth and easy to deal with on a regular basis. We recently moved within our building, and our Argo broker, Linda, was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the process. She really understood what we were looking for and found places both within and outside of our building that fit our needs. Comment: I moved to 67-10 6A one week ago, a unit manged by Argo Real estate. I really like my current unit, with an open view and abundant sunlight. The neighborhood is great and F train is express 7 days a week. Forest Hill is a great neighborhood to live in and the rental in this area has been maintained at pre-covid pandemic level, a very good bargain. Jodi Nath helped me to land my current unit, she is a very good broker to work with - responsive and responsible.

Comment: I am on the board of a condo in Brooklyn, which while small, has had its fair share of a wide range of issues. Avery Feldman has been our property manager, and I sincerely do not know what we would have done without him. From dealing with troublesome utility companies, to navigating issues with tenants, to dealing with emergency security issues at the building, Avery has handled it all with professionalism. Hes responsive, quick, and has great attention to detail, no matter what the issue. Hes also shown creativity and grit in finding alternative solutions to issues with the building, particularly when there are budgetary issues involved. Overall, he has gone above and beyond to help and it has been a pleasure to work with him.

Overall it has been a bad experience: the many building managers assigned to my building have not responded to emails, have conveyed inaccurate information and have caused delays which have been very costly. But Evelyn Rodriguez in the finance office has been a true exception to the rule: she has handled my requests quickly, in a highly professional and efficient manner. From my perspective, she is the saving grace at Argo.

Comment: Update March 2021: we bought an apartment so recently left the building Chris Smith looks after. Throughout the two years, Chris was available for questions, collaborative when we needed a short term lease extension and generally a cheerful presence around the building. Good conversations about the NY real estate market clearly indicate that Chris Smith backs his good natured and personable approach with substance and knowledge.From December 2019: Christian Smith represents the building where we just rented an apartment on the UWS. He was helpful from start to finish. As my work hours were fairly inflexible over the period, Chris flexibility with respect to showing the apartment in the evening and at weekends was appreciated. He was meticulously prompt on all occasions. I had some questions, which Chris took away, researched and returned with the answers: no communication black holes here. If ever I need to rent again on the UWS, Ill be picking up the phone to Chris for sure.
