Comment: Dawn Morrison was a godsend! She worked tirelessly to help me find my new home. She was always upbeat and cheerful. Spending time with her was a pleasure. And, I spent a lot of time with her. She showed me home after home and when I asked to see a home a second time, she showed me that home again. She never showed a hint of impatience with my indecision and encouraged me to focus my priorities and to hold firm on them. She spoke candidly about my options and helped me plan a realistic approach to my search. She looked out for my interests and also showed me how to do the same by sharing her abundance of knowledge about heating types, common repair pitfalls, and signs of water damage.After I found my home, Dawn helped me secure it. Given the market, she had already written 2 prior offers for me, but she invested just as much time and energy into the successful 3rd offer. That 3rd time really was the charm as it is the perfect home for me. I would never have found it without Dawn’s assistance and guidance.
