My moving journey was very long and stressful, after 4-5 months of searching feeling hopeless I came across a listing and Joe was the listing agent, I reached out to him and he said the unit was re rented but he had another unit like it. He sent me a virtual tour it was perfect. Let’s keep in mind this was all on a Friday evening, he scheduled a viewing for the Sunday my boyfriend and I went to see the apartment with Joes Colleague Adrian who was also amazing and the apartment was exactly like the virtual tour. Our application was submitted the following day Monday and we got a call back that very Wednesday morning that we got approved. It was that easy, it was that simple it was honestly the BEST and smoothest experience. Definitely recommend to any/ everyone.
