Comment: Yesterday, May 2nd, I finalized paperwork for my new place through AXE Realty. The team was amazing, especially Charmaine who was my primary Realtor. I had a set a budget and unfortunately not too much time. Having lived in one place for over 11 years, I didnt realize how much the rent market has changed and I found myself overwhelmed not only by the process but also but the cost of moving. Thats when by chance I called Axe Realty and Charmaine answered the phone. Throughout the process, I was working with them and several other realtors because I simply wanted a place to move. But something about Charmaine and the team at Axe Realty made me connect to them not only professionally but also spiritually. Charmaine was tireless in her search and she was always reassuring. Every time I went in there to meet with her she had a place for Nicole or one of the other members of the team to show me. I love their energy; their loving respect for each other, their camaraderie and their apparent sheer joy working with each other.Truth be told, I didnt quite get the exact apartment I was hoping for: a specious 1 bedroom in a 2 story walk up building that is clean and in a wonderful neighborhood near the Yonkers area. But I did get a studio in the beautiful, picturesque town of New Rochelle. The apartment is a bigger building but the build is immaculately cleaned. It comes with a gated assigned parking spot and it is only a 10 minute drive to my work. So what I didnt get what I wanted, I got what I needed and more. So Im happy. And who knows whats gift God has for me in New Rochelle. Whatever it is, Ill have Charmaine, Nicole and the rest of the team at Axe Realty to thank. I will gladly recommend them to family and friends and I highly recommend them for you. And, when the Lord says the time is right for me to buy my own home, I know the team that will be taking me through that process, it will be Charmaine and Axe Realty.

Comment: A friend recommended Axe Realty NYC after they found her an apartment a few years ago. I walked in the office and met with Charlie Reyes. He was very helpful, went above and beyond to find me a place. He listened to everything that i needed and only showed me places that I was eligible for. I will highly recommend them.I am very happy that I went there .Thank you and I love my new place

Comment: The agents at Axe were very helpful and prompt in finding us a place to live. The agents that helped me with my search was Willie. He was able to make the process less stressful and took the time to explain what was going on. Im so sorry I didnt come to them sooner.
