Later I found out my top choice was rented, but she said shed follow up if anything fell through. Next day she messaged, let me know the place was back on market, and set up an appointment with me right away! I was first to the viewing, fell in love with the place, and told her I was ready to apply. The application process was easy and broken down into clear steps, so we applied and were approved within 48 hours. Now its been 2 weeks at the new place and I love everything about it! Trust me, Azure Realty is the best. After a month of gruesome apt searching on our own, Barbara Michaels came to our rescue. Right from the beginning, she treated us kindly, responded to our texts right away, gave as much information as possible, arranged a showing and was so friendly. Both Barbara and Christina were on top of their game when it came to the paperwork. I have never worked with a more efficient team. It was such a pleasure meeting them and finding our new home. It was quite the rat race to get our place and we got really lucky. They were truly amazing to work with! Very flexible with their time and super attentive. Probably the smoothest lease signing Ive ever experienced. They helped us every step of the way. She was very prompt, reassuring, polite, professional, positive, warm and super super SUPER helpful! You really do not find agents like these around NYC, where most of them tend to be shallow anyways. Christina made sure that we were fairly represented in the application process and worked with us to make sure we had all the paperwork we needed for approval. She made the whole process very smooth and went through the lease very throughly.
