Comment: I have worked with Jerry Torch when I purchased my condo 4 years ago, when I bought my house recently and sold my condo. He was referred to me by a family member, who also spoke very highly of him when they worked together. From start to end, Jerry has been a pleasure to work with. He knows his properties and comes prepared when showing homes. He does what you ask when it comes time to negotiate, but also advises on how best to finesse a negotiation. I would definitely work with Jerry again in the future and would recommend him to anyone I know searching for a home.

Comment: I LOVE THIS TEAM!!! I was looking for a new house, away from the hustle and bustle of nyc. I worked with Ashley and Chris, and they were outstanding. They found me the exact houses, and neighborhoods I was looking for. Not only were they helpful, they were so friendly!!! I felt like I was hanging out with friends, rather than realtors. Also an added bonus, they did NOT pressure me at all. They did not harass and bombard me with phone calls, unlike other realtors. Thank you barhite and Holzinger!
