Comment: You know youre getting excellent customer service when your Real Estate Agent calls you on her wedding vacation!Alejandra was our Real Estate Agent and as a result, we now call her a friend!And YES, on her first night away on her wedding destination vacation, she called us to act quickly about a potential house bid. She went back and forth between us and the other agent until her actual wedding night! If that isnt dedication, I dont know what is!Dealing with the current Real Estate market, we really needed someone who had grit, who was knowledgeable on how to bid for homes and who acted quickly, not only to show us homes but to bid quickly if necessary.Alejandra went above and beyond in EVERY one of these aspects.I admit, she had it hard.
