Comment: I had recently moved to NY, and wasnt sure if I wanted to rent or buy...lets be honest here, even afford to buy anything in the NYC area. I happened upon Baxter Real Estate in Rosedale, and found they had quite the selection of properties - both rental and for sale. They were also willing to work with me and help me figure out what I needed... whether I truly wanted to rent, buy a single family home or by something with a rental unit for some earning potential. Mr. Baxter also helped me through the process of finding a lender. In the end, I wanted to enjoy the city but didnt want to make the long term commitment. Omar helped me find a great rental unit in Brooklyn, near great restaurants with a lot of fun things to do. I know when I am ready to house hunt, in NY I would go back to Baxter Real Estate without a doubt.
