Comment: Apartment shopping isnt easy, especially when you are planning a wedding as well, but Yuda made it super easy. He was kind and patient, explained all the details we needed to know, answered any questions we had, and kept in communication with any updates. Now my fiance and I have our first apartment together. Comment: I had a very positive experience working with Yuda when my boyfriend and I moved apartments recently. He took fantastic, realistic photos of the apartment, was extremely quick to reply to us and set up a showing, was respectful of the current tenants by enforcing mask and glove protocol to protect against COVID, and coordinated us signing the lease and connecting with the landlord efficiently and effectively. He also showed great integrity when he turned down an offer to rent the apt for additional money bc we had already put down our deposit. We couldn’t love the apt more and recommend Yuda for anyone looking for an honest and direct broker with great listings in Brooklyn!

Comment: Thank you freda and Yuda for showing me 15+ options for an apartment but at the End, we just found a room instead of a full apartment that makes sense for me in my current situation and I’m working 75+ Hours. So I’m only home The Roommates have different schedules so guess 1& 1/2 “Should” work for 3 dudes and 1 female. Fingers-cross!!!!
