Comment: We cant say enough about how good our experience was selling our home through Beninati Associates. Marie and Lee are consummate professionals and covered all the bases there - staging, photos, advertising, etc. . But more important to us was the fact that they got the unique character of our property and were able to convey that to prospective buyers. As a result it took only two showings to find the perfect buyer. We couldnt t be happier.

Comment: Marie and Lee deserve 10 stars! We were looking for the perfect home during the Covid-19’s hot real estate market… (Mass exodus from NYC) We couldn’t find anything for months and our first agent was not very responsive and kept showing us homes we were not interested in and ridiculously over budget. We interviewed three other agents and hired Marie and Lee for their local knowledge, reputation and attention to detail. We appreciated their frequent communication and handholding throughout the entire process. We made several offers on a few homes and finally had an offer accepted on our third try. Marie and Lee were great to work with and treated us like family!!! Once you get to know this powerhouse team, you will not be disappointed.
