She was great from the start. She was professional,knowledgeable, extremely responsive, a pleasure to work with. Most importantly honest and trustworthy advice. To make a long story short, the condo never happened and for over a year, Karen worked with me until we found what we were looking for, at a fair price. She was never “pushy “, always prompt to answer texts, emails, phone calls and to schedule showings. I made a few calls and everyone told me that Tina Leonard was definitely the person to talk to. I made one call to Tina, gave her some info on what I was looking for, and within the day she had multiple options for me. About a week or so later I visited Lake Placid and met with Tina to look at 4 different properties... in January... in a blizzard.
