She made sure that I was able to check all the amenities were operational, and that a leaking faucet was fixed, and everything was square. I never felt like I would have to pester her about “x doesn’t work”; she was really straightforward and helpful. I feel she was a godsend in securing my first home, and I am really happy I went with her help. 5 stars! If I ever decide to upgrade, I know who I am going with.

It was an extremely smooth process and we felt well informed and prepared regarding the sale and closing of our home. Communication was timely and all of our questions were answered. If he didnt have an answer, he would research for us or guide us to where we could get an answer. Comment: Carrie White is amazing! Her calming professional demeanor through a very stressful process was spot on. We looked at many homes and her quiet I dont see you here would bring me back to reality until the day we found the one! We looked at each other and said this is it. She was always very responsive to my panicked calls and texts, answering all my questions and reassuring me that we were experiencing a normal real estate transaction. I utilized her as my selling and buying agent and both transactions went well. I would highly recommend her as her kindness, calmness and professionalism is great!

Hes an absolute professional. Initially, he met with us and our realtor in MN to help ensure a smooth transaction, what kind of home we were looking for and to better understand our aggressive timeline. After a few virtual showings, he helped us get into a very nice home that we are excited about! Comment: Joanne Sweeney is truly a blessing in the chaotic world of realty. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot (A LOT) of questions and Joanne was always gladly there with an answer, advice, patience, and encouragement. I felt that we were difficult as we dragged her all around the area to look at different properties, but she always assured me that us finding the right home was her top priority and that settling for anything less than perfect was out of the question. Even when we were discouraged, feeling that we would never find the right home or losing hope when our offers werent accepted, Joanne provided comfort and said that wasnt the one, we will keep looking. I am so glad that we had her by our side every step of the way. For such a large purchase, like your home, you want someone in your corner who fights for you, keeps the process moving, has your best interest in mind, and looks out for your well-being and investment. Comment: Heritage provided a great experience from start to finish. Their Market Evaluation was spot on and my house sold above asking price on the first day it was listed. They were very helpful in resolving some issues that came up from the Building Inspection and assisted in all aspects right up to the actual closing. I had to move out a month prior to my closing and they kept an eye on my property for me before closing, arranged for lawn maintenance and cleaned things up prior to the final buyer walk through. Overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the Finger Lakes area.
