Comment: Maxwell Stevens is a fantastic realtor. His professionalism and expertise were instrumental in getting my home sold. He had a professional photographer showcase the home, was always available and communicated information quickly. I think his greatest asset was being the liaison between myself and prospective buyers, and ultimately getting me the house at the price I was looking for. The staff at Berkshire Hathaway were very friendly and accommodating. The office is clean and inviting. I reached out to BH because of their reputation as a premier realtor with a global presence. I walked away very satisfied with the service received and highly recommend.

Comment: Barbara Luciani was such an amazing agent from start to finish! As a first time homebuyer, the whole process of buying a home was extremely daunting and scared me. However, Barbara was always available to answer any questions I had, day or night, and always responded immediately which made this process for me completely stress free! Barbara also did not look at me as a client, rather a human being making an extremely expensive purchase! She always filled me in with potential problems homes had and never wanted me to buy a house that I was not 100% excited to buy! Comment: I had the pleasure of working with Buddy Vail... I Love Masthope man. It was a great decision! Buddy is very easy going and a good listener. If you give him a day or two notice, he will get out there and show you houses in Masthope, Fawn Lake and I guess other communities as well. He is an expert with knowledge of the area and houses on the market, as well as potential listings. He tries his best to get to know you and your family, and find you a home that fits your families needs and personality. He doesnt pressure you to buy but, leaves it for you to decide. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family and would use him to list my house.
