Comment: Our Realtor was very knowledgeable of the VA mortgage program. She found us our home which weve settled into well. She helped us locate this home in the most tumultuous period of the housing market. After settling in we were caught off guard by a multitude of issues that werent discovered during closing. Extremely expensive issues such as the roof, plumbing, and electrical. It is our home nonetheless and we try our best to love it as much as we can.2 months ago, it was alluded by a neighbor that the seller knew about the issues weve been facing, and the seller was stated to have been willing to come down in price during our closing. I revised my original review and shot my mind off and alluded nonesense that we had been taken advantage of. The comments reflected in my previous review were irrational and made out of severe frustration. Our realtor with BH put a lot of love and care in helping us find this home. I revise this review out that same love and care. I would highly recommend them to any first time buyer.-To our realtor- it was never my true intention to have ever hurt you in my last review and it was equally heartbreaking to find out that I had. Thank you for all you did the sale, thank you for bringing my horrible error to my attention, and thank you for the forgiveness and willingness to continue being there for us.

Autumn listened to question after question, found us exactly what we wanted, and walked us through the entire home buying process. Comment: More often than not, buying or selling a home is not a pleasant experience. The folks at Zambito Realtors helped minimize my stress and made the transaction as smooth a process for me as possible. From answering late night texts and emails regarding new listings, to making appointments to view homes at times that were convenient to my schedule, to electronic signing of documents, making necessary appointments with home inspectors (and being there with me during the inspection) and follow ups necessary with sellers or sellers agents, they were there for me all the way. When my agent was out of town, the owner himself returned my calls and emails. They patiently helped me through the process and I am very grateful for Natasha, Joanne and Marks attentiveness and professionalism.
