There are a lot of real estate agents out there, but we would not have gone back to Brian repeatedly if we were not happy with the services provided. Comment: I should have made this review a few years ago but I didnt think about it until I recently ran into our agent David who helped us sell my mothers condo in Hartsdale a couple years ago. David is always a pleasure to talk to and remembered my mother dearly. Unfortunately my mother passed away last year and David didnt know, he was so sad to learn about her passing and you could see he clearly cared. At the time David went above and beyond for my mom. My mother got much more than the asking price and we got multiple offers in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend both David and his office for not only their ability to sell but also the outstanding care and customer service they provided.

Comment: Hi everyone,If you have a coop to sell, please don’t look for any other realtor. Barry and John are amazing!!I worked with 3 different realtors in 15 months to sell my coop studio. All those three realtors promised me that they would definitely sell it in a very short period of time. But they all wasted my time and money. The other realtors couldn’t succeed at all. I was so furious and disappointed. At the beginning, I thought that Barry and John would be similar to other realtors and they won’t be able to sell my studio neither. But I was wrong!! Barry and John sold it only in 6 weeks!! UNBELIEVABLE. They gave me great advice on the potential buyers who could be accepted or denied by the coop board. These guys are real Coop experts. No joke! I am planning to buy a private house, I will never ever work with another realtor, I will just call Barry and John. These guys rock!! I am so glad that I worked with them. Definitely highly recommended!!

Comment: The BHGR team was a pleasure to work with as my boyfriend and I went through the process of purchasing our first co-op!As first time homeowners, we were clueless to this extensive undertaking but Barry was very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire co-op process. From submitting our first offer, to navigating the application, all the way through to our closing, no question was too big or too small and Barry was only a text or call away. He and his team helped in reviewing and editing the lengthily application process (taking the time to sit with me and organize my confusing tax returns as an independent contractor) to set us up for a successful approval with the board. His responses were always precise and timely and he always made himself, or a colleague, available to answer any and all concerns throughout our co-op buying process. After submitting our application, Barry checked in regularly and was sure to alert us to any new information regarding our pending approval.At the end of this extensive journey, we successfully completed our closing and couldn’t be happier with our new home. He was there to answer all of my questions, help me through my co-op application form, reach out to co-op management staff for updates on specific matters, and even drove out to a nearby town to retrieve a FedEx package containing important closing documents that wasnt being delivered to the closing due to there not being a suite number entered on the address. I am very grateful for the help and service I received from Barry and the team at Better Homes and Gardens - Choice, and highly recommend.
