Comment: We have worked with different agents around NY but the service Sandra Medina provided was above and beyond! We did not know Warwick beyond its beauty and apple picking so a knowledgeable realtor was critical. We found Sandra by chance when we walked into the Green Team location on Main Street. Professional, honest, dedicated, personal, patient are words that easily describe Sandra. There were a number of things that stood out to us but something we could not be more grateful for was her due diligence that saved us from a bad purchase. A possible red flag that my husband and I were ready to ignore stood out to Sandra. She looked into town records, maintenance records, called experts and in the end we discovered a major septic issue. Sandra was optimistic we would find something else and a couple weeks later we found our dream home. Our experience and the outcome would have been very different if not for her. Since closing on our new home this week she has reached out to make sure we had the contacts we needed. She has given us the best introduction to Warwick and we can’t recommend her enough!

Comment: From start to finish was absolutely outstanding. We were recommended to Keren from our mortgage company and I must say it was the best recommendation I have ever received for anything. What realtor do you know shows you 20+ houses within a couple days. She knew we were in the market to find our dream home quite quickly and she did just that! If you are looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond their job, make sure you CHOOSE KEREN GONEN, because that exactly what she does! She literally held our hand every step of the way to a successful closing. Things she didn’t have to do she did and she made sure we were happy in every way. Buying a house is probably the most stressful thing a family can do and to have someone like Keren there it was a delight. I can’t speak more highly of her she is truly the BEST realtor anyone could ever have. She’s so personable, kind, caring, sweet, charismatic, genuine, non-judgmental woman I have ever met.
