Comment: Rashid never gives up! Five years ago I was the owner of a two story attached house in Graniteville, Staten Island. On the ground floor of that house I had my Insurance Agency and a company that provided desert stations at (weddings, university proms, hospital Christmas parties, ) large parties and gatherings.I was 82 years old at the time and I wanted to sell my businesses, my house and retire to Florida. Rashid first tried to sell everything as a package then he tried to sell the house alone. I couldnt do that. A few years went by and along came Covid, I was forced out of business. Rashid who had kept in touch with me over the years found a buyer for my house and I was able to finally retire to Florida.Rashid advised and guided me Through the whole process taking pictures, advertising, open houses, negotiating, contract and finally closing. Trust me Rashid, Oksana and their amazing staff is who you want to help you find your perfect home. I was referred to Rashid from a very good friend from our very first telephone he made me feel very comfortable and took the time to listen. We saw many homes along the way he always made the time and if there was a conflict it would be Oksana and for the record she’s pretty awesome. The point is he always made it happen. His staff (Melissa) is the best very professional and so sweet always on top of things whether it was sending me new listings, scheduling the viewing or just offering words of encouragement when I felt defeated. They found me my perfect home and guided me every single step of the way. They connected me with my broker as well TRISTAR Mortgage Danny Saraf and his staff are amazing!
