Comment: Scott Bloom is exactly the kind of professional you want in your corner when looking at commercial real estate options in NYC. He was an outstanding broker and helped us re-negotiate our commercial office lease which was up for renewal during the peak of the pandemic lockdown in 2020.He was helpful thereafter in exploring alternatives when the lease extension came due and presented several great alternative options in our price range, before ultimately helping us renegotiate our lease once again with our current landlord and best part is, he negotiated some great improvements on our behalf.I’d recommend him to anyone because hes a genuinely sincere guy, but also a pitbull when needed.
