In my case Will Bradley represented me as buying agent and there were some issues with the seller at the last moment before closing .. However the Bradley team showed top notch professionalism in handling the situation by involving the right people and steering the situation to a successful closing . The true quality of any service comes out when you are tested with a challenging situation and I certainly give them five star on how they showed a great deal of professionalism and making it a very pleasant experience for me .

Comment: One of the best in business! My fiance and I had been looking at homes for a few months online before asking Will for help. He setup a automated email notification system that would let us know when homes that meet our criteria are listed. This system notifies us about a listing well before Zillow and other real estate websites post the listing and we didnt have to do any searching! We got a notification that a home listed for sale met our critiera, Will recommend that we also look at another home down the road that was coming to market since we were in the area. Thankfully,Will had setup that other showing because it ended up being the house we would purchase. Wills extensive market knowledge and buyer agent experience lended a massive edge during the negotiation process. Will was made available during every step of the process helping us close the deal, I cannot thank him enough!
