Comment: My husband and I have dreamed about owning property in this area for a number of years so we stopped in at the office while we were vacationing in Clayton and introduced ourselves to Zane Knafel. Zane was wonderful to work with, and assured us he would help us find our dream property. He assisted us every step of the way, and when we found our lake house he went above and beyond to make it happen for us. Zane worked tirelessly with our attorney and the sellers attorney to expedite the closing. Since our primary residence is three hours away, he even did the walk through for us, and met us at the property with the keys. He was just awesome to work with and we would highly recommend him! Comment: When we listed our land and our house with this agency we didnt expect anything but the normal process. It was anything but normal . We ran into so many serious problems that we almost gave up. Because of this agency treating us like individuals and stepping up to help us, everything went through . We would never had sold if they didnt go out on a limb to help us . We cant thank them enough . We know any other agency would have let us go and not be able to help, even if they wanted . Our agent got with the buyers agent and worked on a solution over an item in the house . It was something only he would agree with, we were amazed. The owner extended her help to a point that went way above what anyone would . Comment: My husband and I had a unique situation with selling our home. It was the first house we’ve bought, and we got some news that led to us having to sell the home. We had only owned the home for a few months and we were turned down by another realty company, stating it was not possible to sell our home. We reached out to Melanie and she told us up front it was going to be hard to do, but not impossible. She told us that she couldn’t promise the sale of our home but, that she would try everything she could to help. She sure did that and more. Every question and concern we had, she helped answer. She made this experience as least stressful as she could. Within the first week our home was listed we had an offer, and that turned to a buyer. Melanie was so nice and caring about our home.
