We chose Matthew Barbaccia of Brix Real Estate Advisors because he was the only broker who presented us with a detailed marketing plan aimed at both the wider NY market and the local market. He was also the most supportive about the price at which we wished to sell, and because of his efforts, we sold our property at what we believe is a fair price. Although our account at Brix was definitely not their largest, Matthew was on top of every development, constantly reaching out to us with new information, suggestions, and advice. Matthew is very conscientious, professional, and personable. We always felt he was trying to serve our best interests. We cannot imagine a better broker in the NY property market.
