Comment: I recently worked with Yan to find an apartment in Brooklyn Heights. She was absolutely wondering. She was accommodating, responsive, and patient (I had a lot of questions!).She even went above and beyond what I would expect. For instance, she took time out of her day to allow me to take measurements on the apartment even after the lease had been signed and all was said and done. She also knew that I needed to find a sublet for the month of July as I waited for the unit to become available, so she gave me a few leads.Yan made the process extremely efficient and easy to navigate. Nada! After such a long while we decided to try a smaller real estate agency who understood the neighborhood and value of a Court St condo. Yan Lee was great at giving us the right advise and list of things needed to get takers and spike interest in our apartment. In a matter of one week our apartment was rented! We highly recommend her.

Comment: I highly recommend this company, especially Yan Lee. As of 2017 she has 12 years experience. Yan Lee grew up in Brooklyn and is extremely familiar with the housing market here. She had answers to every question I asked and was extremely thorough during our search with a high attention to detail. Yan Lee is an excellent communicator she was always willing to answer any question that came to mind very quickly. Yan also communicated well with the other against and would often ask them questions they never thought of or had no answer to which was so helpful because then they would get that information which made things much easier to make the best decision. If you are looking to rent or buy Yan Lee is the agent I would highly recommend!!
