Comment: Diving into looking into my first home was a very scary thought. I had looked at houses and nothing felt right. I found an old home that checked off all of my boxes and was ready to make the dive to make it mine. I hadnt had much luck through a previous realtor and felt defeated. A friend of mine who had worked with Anna and Maria had told them what I was looking at and I had received a phonecall from them to chat. They immediately began guiding me through each step. They had gotten to work immediately, preparing me for bidding on the home, what would hopefully come next, and they never left me without an answer. And then the house was mine. Any question I had, things I was confused on, afraid of, was met with understanding and support. They continue to be there for me with plans for renovation, helping me to feel confident in the things that I am doing as a new homeowner. Overall, they have made this process as smooth as they could. I am very grateful for their hard work and I am looking forward to getting to work on making my new house a home with their renovation suggestions. I am more than happy I chose them as my realtors and am more than confident that with anything I may run into or need in the future.

Comment: I never imagined buying a house during a pandemic but thankfully we had Anna by our side! Anna is incredibly responsive, even to my late night text messages asking her to book showings. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market and would also point out things to my husband and I on showings we would have never thought about. However, I think what stands out most for me is how patient and optimistic Anna was throughout the whole process. No matter how many times a house got scooped up off the market, or we got out bid, Anna always assured us that we would find “the one” and we did! Comment: We bought our first home with Anna in 2015 and had a wonderful experience, so when we were thinking about moving we knew exactly who to call! Anna came by and gave us some advice about what we should do to get top dollar for our home, months before we were even ready start looking. We toured a bunch of homes, and found one that we liked. But she suggested we see a couple more in the same price range, just to be sure. That is when we found the home we knew we wanted. Within a couple days we had a contingent offer accepted. Our home was listed later that same week, and we received multiple offers over asking.
