Comment: Cindy from Cardinal Realty is great. With so many choices of reality companies today, Cindy from Cardinal Realty gave us a very personalized experience making us feel at ease through the entire process. She is very knowledgeable and helped us with every step of the process of selling my moms home. She made several trips to my moms home to make sure everything from the open house to the inspection to the buyers bank appraiser were all let in and able to do their job.We will be happy to work with Cindy again when it comes time to sell our home.

She made the home buying process less daunting and was able to share a large wealth of knowledge with us; and for first time home buyers, we really appreciated the time she took to explain things to us. Because of the experince of that purchas in 2012, it was not my last and a great working relationship was formed.If youre looking for honest and professional opinions on your home or when looking at other properties, the crew at Cardinal will always be there to meet your needs. I didnt feel the pressure to buy/sell and phone calls/texts were always well recieved. They took care of any issues that came from the other purchaser or seller in a timely manner.
