Comment: Carissa and Douglas are fantastic to work with. We became remote owners during our listing time, and they were incredibly helpful going way beyond the normal services. At one point, our alarm system went off, and they actually went to check on the house and make sure it was secure. We could not have asked for more.Once they listed our property, their marketing efforts were second to none. They invested in our sale and produced exceptional marketing materials including videos and printed brochures and extensive web listings. I have never seen this level of commitment from a listing agent.Beyond the typical business relationship, we felt like they truly became our friends and our guides. We have sold several homes, and this was by far our best realtor experience.

Comment: We could not imagine getting better service from an agent! Carissa handled 3 separate transactions for us; selling 2 properties and representing us in the purchase of our dream home. Every step of the way, Carissa went above and beyond the call. We quickly realized to follow her guidance and it paid off every time. Carissa has a natural gift for decorating and an eye for what will photograph well. We were completely blown away by how our homes looked after she staged them. The properties presented well and sold very quickly, for top dollar. On both sides of the sale, Carissa’s negotiating skills are top notch as well. When the buyers attempted to nickel-and-dime us with post-inspection items, Carissa went to bat and pushed back, greatly limiting the impact to our profit. When it was time to buy, we ended up with the deal of lifetime thanks to her. We will always look back on these experiences and be truly thankful for all that she did for us!
