I had a very wide price range and was interested in both residential and commercial properties, interested in fixer uppers and move in ready properties. The real estate market was peaking and interest rates were rising daily.Carol helped me to navigate all of these variables, while I was in GA.The team was responsive and engaged. Actually talked me down from a couple properties that I was hot on, but she felt were questionable investments. We started looking at single family homes back in November 2019, and in mid January 2020 we shifted our direction and started looking into condos/townhomes.
