Comment: Michael Ambrozy has been fantastic. I engaged his services before I was even able to get to Long Island and he got right on it. We talked about what my wants and needs were and he started finding properties right away. Even though my budget was very limited, Mike knew where to look. He was also able to eliminate properties so that I didn’t have to sift through a lot of places that just wouldn’t work.He was so good that I ended up with a contract on the very first place he showed me. Even though we looked at a couple more places, this one was right on target. I should be closing in the next couple of months and I’m delighted.
