Comment: I bought my first house with Bob Meade in October of 2005. We must’ve seen 23 houses before we found the right one. Bob was there every step of the way finding properties that had our check list of information and giving his professional opinion and perception of the homes we looked at. Couldn’t be happier with my home on a quiet dead-end in Bay Shore that I’ve loved for almost 18 years. This year, 2023 in August me and my girlfriend bought a beautiful home in Islip and the purchase and inspection were seamless. We did see a bunch of properties that Bob set up the showings and walked us through until we found the right fit. Could not ask for a better agent. His attention to detail and honest, professional opinion were very welcomed in our endeavor to find our dream home.

Comment: I want to add to my review from September 2022 because I am just now completing all the loose-ends from the sale of my home last summer. I closed on my home in August of 2022, some money was held in escrow due to some CO issues. Even though she had no contractual obligation to help me, Lori continued to work with me in getting permits, going to Town Hall, and assisting me with the applications for the necessary paperwork to release the escrow. Lori did not have to do anything more for me once the property closed. However, because of her integrity and commitment to her clients, she stayed with me until all the loose-ends were tied; and for that I am grateful. I highly recommend her and wish her continued success. Anyone who works with Lori Gillam will understand her integrity and professionalism.

Comment: I recently sold my childhood home, and Vincent Boccanfuso was our agent. This was obviously an emotional experience, it was also made more difficult since I live out of state. Vincent did a great job getting photos, letting us know about getting the lawn to code (it was a little long), was very communicative, hooked me up with a great lawyer, and just overall very helpful. He also totally went to bat when the buyer’s agent was inappropriately contacting myself and my husband and shut that down quickly and effectively.There were a few bumps in the road, but then in terms of transactions like this, when are there not? The rest of the staff that we worked with at the office, Linda and Frank, were also great and would get back to me about any issue pretty much immediately.So yeah, I don’t think selling a house is ever going to be easy or pleasant, especially when you don’t live in the same state as the house, but the folks at Century 21 were great.
