Comment: Janet Kipper relentlessly kept a sale in process even though the process was consistently delayed and finally terminated by what appears to be a predatory mortgage company. Even after the buyer gave up on waiting for almost a year for this mortgage company to process the paperwork for a closing, she did not give up and she found and processed another buyer and while still dealing with what appears to be a predatory mortgage company managed to complete a closing.
