Comment: Andrew Naka Nanayakkara was our real estate agent with Icon Properties and he was by far the best agent we encountered. Communication was really fast and clear, and he went above and beyond to help us. We lived in Jersey City and had no car so he was great with picking us up and taking us all over Long Island to see houses in one of the most competitive housing markets ever. There was never any issue with paperwork, communication with the sellers, everything was always taken care of perfectly. I really felt like a VIP with Naka as my real estate agent. Anyone trying to get a property in the New York area should use Naka as their real estate agent.

Comment: My recent experience in selling my mother’s home after her passing was made as easy and seamless as possible by Raquel Fernandez. Raquel’s drive and enthusiasm sold me - the first time I met her. With COVID making my life working out of state as an essential worker more challenging, Raquel was respectful of my time and needs and responded quickly and appropriately. When I asked for a homeInspection to be done at an exact time the next day, Raquel accommodated that request . Her strategy for selling the house resulted in 2 full price offers and 1 offer 15K over list on day 1. After 5 days, 10 offers and a bidding war, I accepted an offer $27,000 above asking. I would highly recommend Raquel.
