Comment: I think a seller or a buyer can always say the realtor did a great job if in fact, the house gets sold, or you have a successful purchase. I consider that a basic outcome. To get five stars, in my opinion, you need much more capability than just a sale or purchased. Chad gets five stars. His personality, perseverance, concern for the client, and promptness in answering phone calls or text messages is outstanding. He has a “never give up attitude”, and is constantly finding ways to make everything work. In my case selling a House through Chad, and being out of state, he had to do it all. He had contacts, services I needed at his fingertips, and would never call me or ask something of me that he hadn’t thought through. My opinion is you can’t find a better realtor in the upstate New York area or the areas he services.
