The first call I made Chip answered the phone!!! no voicemail, no assistant, no automated system! Chip patiently and respectfully listened to my plan and my specific requirements. Then he quickly countered with a BETTER plan. He sold the condo in three days for 10% MORE than I wanted. I wanted to wait until the end of May for the condo to go on the market, he created a plan that put it on the market the first week in April. Chip walked me through the process, showed me a very detailed market analysis and we decided to list my house quite a bit higher than I was expecting. As a first time seller, my stress was through the roof, but he helped with his patience and guidance through the process. After my house hit the market, I had an offer after the 3rd showing (2 days after the for-sale sign went up) for full price!
