Comment: I had to sell my parents condo in New Jersey (I live in NY) and I found Chopper by looking at reviews. In every review, people were raving about him and his team and now, here I am writing another 5-Star Review for them – because they deserve it!I met with Chopper in mid-Oct and immediately felt at ease and could rely on him. He knew more about the location and property than I did. Selling my parent’s condo was emotional for me but Chopper and his team made the whole process a breeze. Chopper always texts you back - he’s not one of those agents that are MIA once you sign with them. Also, they provide mini-instructional videos throughout each step of the process so you know what to expect, what’s coming up and what you’ll need to do next. The condo was sold and we had the closing mid-Dec. So fast and I got top dollar! Thanks Chopper! 😊
