Comment: After two long weeks of searching for an apartment and meeting many shady and unreliable brokers, I set up appointment with CITY LUXURY. The broker, Ross, was at the building (not on some street corner) before I got there and was excited to show me a few units. The broker was polite, well informed, respectful and most importantly honest. Although I did not like any of the units I saw that day, Ross contacted me later that day with another possible option. I meet him again early the next day and saw a great unit that was not on StreetEasy. Within a day we submitted an application. The broker was extremely helpful throughout the application and lease signing process. Meeting me at my office, and other places to both expedite the process and convince for me. Although broker fees are high in NYC and no one likes to pay them, this one was worth it! I would definitely recommend CITY LUXURY, dont waste your time with those random brokers who want to meet on a corner or go to their offices. Looking for a apartment contact Ross at CITY LUXURY.

Comment: I recently accepted a position in NYC and had a small window of time to find an apartment I was relocate from Virginia. Ross and his team made the entire process a easy and painless! They has a knowledge of the city and real estate market which allowed us to comfortable and follow his advise. I was on a plane home after 3 days and I had a new apartment in the New York City! Ross is a very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him for your search!

Afterword he refuel me to his professional network witch includes movers, contractors, locksmith, window treatment company, cleaning and more... I cant thank him enough for that.
