Comment: Garret Hebert was incredible to work with. I was looking to move to NY from FL, I got in touch with Garret, had a couple of phone conversations about what I was looking for. I was able to text him some properties that I was interested and he was able to suggest some that I missed or hadn’t hit the market yet. I flew up to look at homes and Garret met me at the first stop, on time with a folder with all of the details for each property that we were going to see. He worked with us for 10 hours that day covering 3 different counties, IN ONE DAY! Garret’s knowledge of the market, home types and neighborhoods are very extensive and quite insightful. We found our home on the day that Garret spent with us, from there his network around the capital district is one of his greatest assets. We were able to get a lower interest rate along with several other benefits by working with him. Garret was quick, accurate and communicative while negotiating with the sellers. He checks in each week even if there is no activity or anything new to report. I can not recommend Garret enough, 5 stars simply does not do it. Comment: When my wife and I decided to sell our first home we did some extensive research like most and ultimately decided on Clancy. We received a call within a few days and it was Wayne Carignan on the other end letting us know he would be working with us in the coming months to assist us in selling our home. During the process of selling our first home, we ran into some mold issues and Wayne cut straight to the point and never built up our hopes with empty promises while also keeping us optimistic that we would ultimately sell our home. We had a few last minute deals fall through, but Wayne was there to boost our spirits and let us know that these things happen sometimes. Our home not only had mold issues but also our location was not the most appealing due to its proximity to a 24 hour fast food location. Never the less Wayne continued work hard for us, and ultimately we ended up selling our first home. We told him at the closing of our first home we would be opting to live in an apartment for 1 or so years and then would be looking to purchase our next home, to which we wanted Wayne to work with us on finding our future home. He gladly obliged and said that when the time came to reach out and call him. Fast forward a year and we did just that, contacted Wayne to let him know that we were ready to buy. Similarly to our first experience with Wayne, he was working hard to get us showings in the area we were looking to buy in. We had a few deals fall through, due to no fault of our own, but as before, Wayne was there to keep us in a positive state of mind. Oddly enough, having those first few deals fall through, led us to our current home which we never would have found had we either given up or opted to look elsewhere geographically. I would highly recommend Wayne as he made the process of buying and selling as easy as possible and he was always a call or text away whenever we had questions.

Comment: Kelly Canuet is the best real estate agent you will ever have, PERIOD! Shes very responsive to phone calls and text messages at all times during the day and week. This is exactly what you want in a real estate agent. Had it not been for her dedication to her job and quick response time we may not have one the bidding war on the house we bought. Right from the beginning I could tell she was low pressure towards making a decision on a house and she genuinely wanted my finance and I to find the perfect house, which we did. As first time home buyers and new residents to the capitol region I was very pleased that she knew all the contacts for home inspections, lawyers, electricians, & finance. I cant thank her enough and hope to work again with her in the future. :)

At our initial meeting Wayne had a lot of good suggestions for making our home more presentable. Wayne was always giving me feedback from indivdual showings. Had a list of contractors that would do improvements. Our house was on the market about three months . The price we settled on was fair. I would recommend Clancy Realty and Wayne Carignan to anyone looking to sell their home.

Comment: Found this house ourselves and bought it early this year. Overall the experience was very positive, but thought that the negotiation could be better. The details that were pointed out that should be fixed prior to purchase were not taken care. Clancy was more pro to sellers, since they were sellers agent. completely understand the situation.Response was impressive. very quick.process was also quick.

Comment: Kevin Clancy Real estate has been great to us during the stressful process of selling our home in a short time frame and an iffy market. Kevin and his operations manager Kristen are always quick to respond to email or phone calls to respond to any questions, no matter how trivial they seem. Due to their diligence we are closing on our house in about half the average on market time for the neighborhood.
