But Micheal Porter made the new build process go as smooth as possible whenever I got stuck. I needed a plumber call Micheal , an electrician call Micheal , a mason call Micheal , an excavator call Micheal and I can go on and on. Without Micheal‘s help throughout the process I’d probably be half way completed .Micheal Porter should definitely come to everyone’s mind for whatever you need real estate. If you want to buy raw land call Micheal , new construction call Micheal , downsizing , upgrading, fix and flip, first time homebuyers, and yes you guessed it call Micheal. Although I was having hyper cold feet to complete the sale everyone was very understanding and very persistent. Im glad I went through with it. I now live here year round... it wasnt an investment property for me.. because I am on a fixed income. Im glad I bought the property from Clearview realty and when I bought it directly through them and it was, In this case, a direct sale(one realtor). Tina, a realtor, is a very patient person with me...and so is John. They also picked excellent legal representation: Scott Malcolm real estate attorney..(Montclair) I wasnt able to post my review until now even though I bought the property a year ago because of my difficult to recover Google password. Well its been updated and I remembered to post this. There is a lot of natural wildlife here and I posted a picture of something rare that I found that some people never see more than once if even in their lifetime.. those who know what this is will appreciate it.

Mike called and had a family that wanted to see the house in an hour. We warned him about the mess, no problem he said. Comment: I cannot recommend Sandra Janusz and Clearview Realty enough!! If I could leave 100 5-star reviews I would!!! I credit Sandra 100% with me not driving off a cliff.After being given relatively short notice that my landlord needed my house back for a family member, I was losing my mind trying to find another place. I spent 3 weeks drowning in scams on Craigslist and never hearing back from anything on zillow until Sandra contacted me from a zillow rental listing. Sandra was the only contact back I ever received, and that listing didnt work out but Sandra offered to help find another.Sandra spent the next three weeks bending over backwards to help me find a place. Above and beyond doesnt even begin to describe it! I can only imagine the hours she put in. She figured out what I was really looking for before I did and ultimately found a place that was perfect, where I never would have looked. She handled a lot of negotiation that would have driven me crazy, knew when to talk me down when I got lost in the weeds, and handled me at my stressed-out worst with compassion. She was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process and an all-around wonderful human being.I also spent some time talking to her about Clearview and theyre exactly the kind of business and people I like to work with, in it for the right reasons and intentions, and I can see why she loves working there.I didnt even know hiring an agent was an option for rentals until I found her and I hope to be buying instead of renting the next time I move, but either way Sandra is the only person Ill be calling when the next move comes.
