Comment: Where do I begin? Andrea was recommended to us by a close friend and we are glad they did.This was me and my husband first home and Andrea made every step a dream. We have heard many stories of how the process of buying a house can be so miserable. Not us we had not one obstacle and have not been miserable once just super nervous. Andrea was on top of everything and did not let anything stress us. She listened to what we wanted and got to know us. This was important because it allowed her to understand what we wanted and only showed us houses that match our needs. She was responsive at any time of the day. I was one of those sending houses at 10pm. She did her research on every property and eliminated the ones that she knew would cause an issue or we would not be interested on.The highlight for us was her personality, she was so warm and friendly which made us super comfortable. I was pregnant at the time, so it meant a lot that she made me feel at ease. We recommended her to a lot of our friends. Comment: Andreas professionalism was evident from the first day of our acquaintanceWe have had an amazing experience working with Andrea! We were looking for our first real property and didnt even know what state, town, or area would suit us or if it was better to build a new house or buy an already existing one. As it was our first experience, we were unsure about many things and were changing our opinion several times. Andrea was able to address all our mutual and individual concerns and finally help us find a place that would really address the needs of our family. Andreas professionalism was evident from the first day of our acquaintance when she met us with a list of properties of different value and locations to help us decide which type of property we like more (newer or older houses, their potential and the correlation between price and quality). For the showings we had to travel from NYC area and each time Andrea was very helpful in arranging the viewings for us to see as many places as possible. She knows every step of the process, starting with the conceptual matters (type of the house, location, etc.) and up to the required paperwork, consequences of any action parties can take, and the legal side of the business. Possessing great negotiation skills, Andrea helped us to substantially lower the purchase price. The lawyer and the lender she recommended did a good job too, and everything went smoothly up to the closing and our actual move to the new house. Besides being savvy in all technical aspects of a house purchase, Andrea is very thoughtful and attentive – she has always given us great advice on the places to visit and things to do in the community as well as recommended stores, cafes, sport centers, even the moving company, and other things useful for a homeowner. Comment: We purchased our first home with Andrea in 2015. The process was so easy and fast that we decided to use her for the sale of the same home 4 years later. She did such a great job staging the home, taking pictures and being very detailed of the description of the home that we got an offer $25k above asking price in less than 24 hours of Andrea listing the home. She was so efficient in having everything processed quickly and smoothly all over again. The buyers of our home were super happy and so were we. We sold our home because we decided to move to Florida and Andrea although she would of preferred us to stay in NY because we became like family to her (she has a way of doing that with her charm, clients needs and protectiveness) was quick to find us a realtor in the area we were interested in. The realtor she referred us to is just as amazing and we are so thankful that Andrea took the time to do this for us. She herself made the introduction and has made sure we are still taken care of every step of the way. None of this would of been possible without Andrea. Comment: Andrea Rudkowski must be either a gymnast or a contortionist because she bent in all different directions to make sure we were happy the whole way through. Webster’s Dictionary doesn’t give a meaning for professional that is as good as Andrea and Closer Real Estate. Went from asking questions to owning in just over two months, thank you Andrea and Closer Real Estate for making this family one that will forever be happier with our HOME!!
