Her advice as to the pricing of our home was spot on and resulted in our recieving an offer well above our original asking price.MJs knowledge of the Capitol Districts real estate market is both broad and deep. She easily answered all our questions and in the rare instance of a question she did not have the answer she quickly got back to us with the answer. She promptly responded to all of our texts and emails even when she was vacationing.I would not hesitate to use MJ in a real estate transaction in the future and would encourage others to do so.

Comment: Im not 100% of what other people want in a real estate agent but if you want someone who will work hard on having open houses, knowledgeable about the market especially Watervliet and who will either answer your calls or return them shortly than Chris McCabe is your guy. I have worked with this agent on five separate occasions. He was able to sell my rental property in Albany within months of the listing after 2 other agents/agencies held the contract for over a year combined. He also sold my home on Manning Blvd. within months of signing the contract. He assisted in the purchase of my retirement home here in Scotia.
