Dale staged my Waterville house as I had moved to Tennessee. Multiple requests to see the home came in quickly-there were 16 requests in one day. Comment: This review is for Sarah Roy. For some context, I am a salesperson by trade, in an industry unrelated to home or property sales. Sarah makes many very difficult skills to master as a salesperson seem effortless. Our realtor-client relationship started with an email to Sarah with one specific question about a home. She answered that question within a few hours and offered me information well beyond that. This was the beginning of many examples of Sarah’s flawless communication skills. Throughout the process she communicated with both my wife and I as well as the many other professionals that we needed to find, assess and complete the purchase of a home. Many hiccups came, none due to Sarah, and each time something went less than perfect Sarah always communicated and executed a succinct and successful plan to fix and move everyone forward.Beyond her communication skills, Sarah is excellent in managing emotions. My wife and I purchased our home in a poor market for buyers in the middle of a pandemic. Sarah presented us with home after home, some of which she certainly needed to go above and beyond to know about and offer to us as options. My work schedule is crazy and she was very accommodating, spending nearly a months worth of Saturdays and Sundays with us. Due to the hot market we searched in, we suffered a couple setbacks and Sarah really stood by us as a friend more than a realtor and helped us power through the process.Sarah must have had many deals going on at the same time as ours. Her organizational skills are off the charts because she, without exception, knew more about my own home purchase process and I did. She was on top of every single little detail and never was a t not crossed or an I not dotted. She attended every big event along the way that I can recall and was not only available to answer questions, she was physically present the vast majority of the time.Sarah knows this area so well and clearly is very well-connected. When I first started the process the first realtor I chose ended up being a bad choice for me. My niece recommended her previous realtor but he no longer was doing it and he recommended Virginia. So I contacted her and she quickly responded. Best choice I ever made hit it off great. Virginia was very informative to me with how the process was going at all times. Very hard for me as I was selling my house in Massachusetts at the same time. I couldn’t be in New York to look at houses as I had a grandson who lives with me and was in school. Comment: Michelle Thompson did an amazing job. We walked in with hours left to find a place and she worked exceptionally hard on such short notice. Our plans were shot down by a terrible lending company (Veterans United...please stay away from them) and had to switch to cash buy just a day away from going back west. She worked so hard for us. Unfortunately we could not find what we were looking for in the Utica area and rushed 5 hours away to see a home that fit all our needs. We were able to purchase a beautiful 5 bedroom 2 bath home with all the perks and extras and stick within our budget. But this women deserves your business. She will work exceptionally hard to get you into a home and I will forever be thankful. You will see us again soon. Next time we will be in a better position for sure. Thank you so so much.

Patti is amazing, always on top of things and is beyond easy to work with. She has a great eye for houses and what you’re looking for, she goes above and beyond to find it. Patti is open and honest about properties when looking at them, which i loved when looking bc she has your best interest, always. We listed my house and she hustled and was on top of all the showings and following up, it went so fast! When the home we purchased was first put on the market, she had a showing scheduled before we even saw the listing…she knew us well enough to know it was what we were looking for! We also found Bridget to be extremely well-connected. She referred us to a great mortgage lender, home inspector, carpet cleaner, general contractor, radon remediation team, and I’m still asking for referrals! I would 100% recommend her as a realtor!
